NM testing provides electrodiagnostic tests including Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), Electromyogram (EMG), Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Evoked Potentials (EP). Electrodiagnostic tests are paramount in the diagnosis of various peripheral nerve disorders including peripheral neuropathy, nerve entrapments such as carpal tunnel syndrome, nerve injuries, hereditary nerve disorders. Electrodiagnostic tests such as EMG are useful in the diagnosis of various muscle disorders. Electroencephalogram (EEG) are useful diagnostic tests in the diagnosis and monitoring of conditions like Epilepsy. Evoked potential tests can aid in the diagnosis of disorders of brain and spinal cord such as Multiple Sclerosis (MS).

NM testing offers neurophysiologic and electrodiagnostic tests to patients of all ages undergoing evaluation with neurological, neuromuscular, neurosurgical, rheumatologic, orthopaedic, and spinal disorders. It employs the most up-to-date technologies to conduct tests and provide accurate diagnostics.

At NM Testing Service, electrodiagnostic tests are provided by team of UK trained and licensed Neurophysiology consultants and neurophysiology technicians. The medical staff at NM testing consists of Consultant Physician Neurophysiologists and highly trained physiologists and technicians who are highly trained in all areas of pediatric and adult neurophysiology and electro diagnostics.
